2 Email notification and delivery service Regulatory Watch specific
This Service offers an email notification service that delivers updates on standards revisions, MHLW notices, FDA guidance, and similar regulatory information. When subscribing, please note the following:
  • Information collected: name, email address
  • Purpose of use: delivery of new regulatory update notifications and MSC Editorial reports
  • Delivery frequency: as new updates become available (typically 1–4 times per month) plus 1–2 MSC Editorial reports per month
  • Third-party disclosure: we do not provide your information to third parties, except for our email delivery service provider
  • Unsubscribing: you can stop delivery at any time using the unsubscribe link in any delivery email, or by contacting info@medical-sc.com
  • Retention period: we delete your information within 30 days of receiving an unsubscribe request
3 Purpose of use
We use the personal information we collect only for the following purposes:
  • Responding to inquiries
  • Email delivery of new regulatory updates and MSC Editorial reports
